Conditions of participation CREATIVA Quiz

1. ORGANIZER

This is a competition of the CREATIVA trade fair - a trade fair of Messe Dortmund GmbH.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants can be any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany. Excluded are employees and authorized representatives of Messe Dortmund GmbH, their family members and household members. The trade fair reserves the right to refuse the participation of individuals from the outset for important reasons or to exclude them from the competition at a later date and also to reclaim the prize. An important reason exists, for example, in cases of misuse or fraud (including attempts) or other violations of the conditions of participation. The trade fair reserves the right to retrospectively withdraw prizes in these cases.

By participating, the user agrees that in the event of a win, an e-mail will be sent to him/her to notify him/her of the win. The top three participants will receive a prize. In the event of a tie, the drawing of lots will determine the winner.

6. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

The winners will be informed promptly by email. The winner must have reported back within 7 days. Otherwise the profit is forfeited

7. START AND END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

The competition begins on March 16, 2022.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to prematurely end the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing a deadline, or to change its course if this is not possible for technical (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons is to carry out the competition properly.
